How does it works?
1) Callback Service (For users with unlimited incoming plan)
Dial our access number and hang up at the busy signal (It is a free call). Our switch will call you back with a dial tone (It is an incoming free call). Dial the number you wish to call and talk as much as you want. (Do not press the SEND or # key after dialing the number that you wish to call)
2) Dialthrough (For users with My Faves, My 5 or my Fab5 plans)
Assign our access number to be one of your favorite 5 numbers. Dial our access number and wait for the dial tone (It is a free call). Place any number you wish to call and talk as much as you want.
Is it legal? Cellular Callback is 100% legal. Cellular Callback only takes advantage of your cellular provider's existing pricing structure that:
- does not charge its customers for uncompleted or busy outgoing calls;
- does not charge them for incoming calls or calls made to a favorite assigned number.
